The Writer’s Center

With Disgraced opening in May 2021, Peace Mountain has moved to its new home at the Writer's Center in downtown Bethesda. The Barbara Lefcowitz Theatre, and rehearsal spaces in the center, provide an ideal venue for our productions. Ample public parking on site and across the street, including special parking for the disabled, will be appreciated by those driving to the theatre. The Bethesda Metro, a short 12 minutes walk away,  offers a low cost alternative to driving from anywhere in the Washington area served by Metro. The entrance, lobby and access to lower levels, were recently renovated and are fully compliant with ADA requirements. The 165 seat raked theatre provides

an intimate space for seeing our plays. Many

fine restaurants nearby provide ample opportunities, at all prices, to enjoy dinner before or after the theatre. We look forward to seeing you at The Writer's Center.
