Hal brings a career's worth of program management experience in the business world as well as leadership positions in non-profit organizations. He was the Producer of PMTC's productions COLLECTED STORIES, ALL MY SONS, A DELICATE BALANCE LOST IN YONKERS and A SHAYNA MAIDEL.


Vice President

Peri spent more than twenty-five years in the field of medical database management and thesaurus development.  A devoted theater-goer for many years, she broke into the working side of theater as Stage Manager for PMTC's production of COLLECTED STORIES and other PMTC Productions. She was Board Secretary 2016-2018 and  Research Analyst in 2019.

Artistic Director

Laurie is a Los Angeles and Washington, D.C. award winning theatre actress and director. With Master Degrees in Theatre and Drama Therapy, Laurie has over 30 years experience as a theatrical performer, director, college professor and therapist. As a founding member of Peace Mountain Theatre Company and the force behind it, Laurie directed the inaugural production of COLLECTED STORIES, ALL MY SONS, A DELICATE BALANCE and A SHAYNA MAIDEL. She initiated our Educational Outreach Program and directed programs on Bullying and The Opioid Crisis. 



Cathleen is originally from the Boston area and now lives in Bethesda, Maryland. She received an undergraduate degree from Boston University and her JD from Catholic University. Currently, Cathleen is a Law Clerk in the Federal Courts. She has always had a love of the arts and her children’s passion for performing has invigorated to get involved. She is very excited to be a part of PMTC.



Aaron Auerbach MD MPH FCAP (Treasurer) is a world renown hematopathologist with over 150 publications as well as an ardent supporter of the fine arts.  He served as treasurer of the Wyngate Elementary School PTA 2017-2019. His goal with Peace Mountain Theatre Company is to achieve financial growth and stability while supporting the Peace Mountain community.  He holds a Medical Degree from Robert Wood Johnson Medical School, a Master's in Public Health for Health Care Administration at Rutgers University as well as a Bachelor's in Science in Accounting and a Bachelor's of Arts in English.



Ken brings his experience as a government lawyer to PMTC. He was Treasurer from 2016-2019.  He was the Light Operator for COLLECTED STORIES, ALL MY SONS, A DELICATE BALANCE and LOST IN YONKERS.


Secretary of Fundraising 

Rita brings years of experience in leadership and fundraising as International President of the Women's League of Conservative Judaism, as well as involvement in many non-profit organizations in the Washington, D.C. area.  Rita focuses on development for PMTC.



Kristin is a branding, marketing and communications professional with experience in private and public-sector organizations.  She has provided graphic design and marketing for PMTC. She led the Educational Outreach program, Cyber Risk to Our Kids.



Stephenie has a background in both film and theater, and is also an experienced costume designer. She was the Costumer for Other Desert Cities and A Shayna Maidel.  Stephenie supports PMTC’s marketing efforts, serving as the liaison for publishing news to our PMTC community.



Jacqueline Youm is the newest member of our Board of Directors.  Jacqueline is a Senegalese-American actor, lawyer, and French/English/Spanish teacher.  She also coaches mediation and negotiation at American University Washington College of Law from which she also graduated.  Jacqueline has been acting and writing poetry, monologues, and plays for several years.
