LAURIE T. FREED
Artistic Director
Laurie is a Los Angeles and Washington, D.C. award winning theatre actress and director. With Master Degrees in Theatre and Drama Therapy, Laurie has over 30 years experience as a theatrical performer, director, college professor and therapist. As a founding member of Peace Mountain Theatre Company and the force behind it, Laurie directed the inaugural production of COLLECTED STORIES, ALL MY SONS, A DELICATE BALANCE and A SHAYNA MAIDEL. She initiated our Educational Outreach Program and directed programs on Bullying and The Opioid Crisis.
PERI SCHUYLER
Vice President
Peri spent more than twenty-five years in the field of medical database management and thesaurus development. A devoted theater-goer for many years, she broke into the working side of theater as Stage Manager for PMTC's production of COLLECTED STORIES and other PMTC Productions. She was Board Secretary 2016-2018 and Research Analyst in 2019.
AARON AUERBACH
Treasurer
Aaron Auerbach MD MPH FCAP (Treasurer) is a world renowned hematopathologist with over 150 publications as well as an ardent supporter of the fine arts. He served as treasurer of the Wyngate Elementary School PTA 2017-2019. His goal with Peace Mountain Theatre Company is to achieve financial growth and stability while supporting the Peace Mountain community. He holds a Medical Degree from Robert Wood Johnson Medical School, a Master's in Public Health for Health Care Administration at Rutgers University as well as a Bachelo in Science in Accounting and a Bachelor of Arts in English.
JACQUELINE YOUM
Director
Jacqueline Youm is the newest member of our Board of Directors. Jacqueline is a Senegalese-American actor, lawyer, and French/English/Spanish teacher. She also coaches mediation and negotiation at American University Washington College of Law from which she also graduated. Jacqueline has been acting and writing poetry, monologues, and plays for several years.
